Real Housewives of Orange County Season 10 Finale Recap ‘Baptism by Fire’

The Real Housewives of Orange County returned with its Season 10 finale tonight, entitled Baptism by Fire, and what a fire tonight’s episode became! Tonight’s episode began with a recap of the entire season 10, this is of course followed by the Real Housewive of Orange County taglines. Will we finally find out tonight if Brooks Ayers is lying about cancer? Tune in and find out!

Over to Tamra Judge and Larrissa, who is Tamra Judge’s party planner, as the two ladies prepare for tonight’s baptism. Over to Shannon Beador and her husband David Beador as they take a limo over to Tamra Judge’s baptism! I’m glad that we aren’t being fed any slow bullshit and we already are at Tamra Judge’s baptism!

Heather Dubrow explains as she arrives at the party that she feels like Tamra Judge has been through a lot of shit over the years and she needs a fresh start. All of the ladies have arrived, and they are all dressed in white! Shannon explains that she hasn’t talked to Vicki at all since their last meeting, so its a little weird seeing Vicki Gunvalson tonight. Shannon fears that she will be attacked by Vicki tonight.

Tamra Judge arrives with Eddie around her arms, Tamra Judge like everyone else is wearing white! Tamra Judge believes that this baptism will change her entire life, including her friendships with the other cast members. Tamra may have gone a little overboard with this party as an entire gospel choir starts singing to the group. Shannon Beador surprisingly only has nice comments about Tamra Judge.

We begin Tamra Judge’s baptism as she thanks all of her family and friends for joing her tonight for this important point in her life. Tamra goes on and on about god and friendship and her divorce and its all just such bullshit! I am sorry, but it really is such bullshit. All she does is trash talk her ex husband, which actually is pretty funny!

Tamra gracefully, yet at the same time its something out of a horror movie, enter’s the pool as she prepares to get baptized! Tamra Judge claims that she see’s her entire life flash in front of her eyes as she goes under the water, and woohoo she’s baptized! Tamra cries, and well everyone cries! Happy Joy Joy! Yay, and now more choir music! Tamra Judge goes to each of her friends and gives them big cry filled hugs and kisses!

Tamra’s Baptism Party

Tamra Judge tells her guest to go on and head to the reception, while she of course will spend the next hour getting ready…. once again. Can’t she just change her dress? Like get out, get in and move on! The ladies make my head spin sometimes! Anyway on to the Baptism Party! Ryan, his wife, and his kids join the party along with Vicki Gunvalson and her brother Billy! I was pretty surprised Vicki didn’t go through a wardrobe change herself!

The ladies laugh over the fact that Tamra has a devil on one of her cake, well you cant talk about Jesus without mentioning the devil! Vicki reveals that she’s avoiding the other housewives so that she doesn’t ruin Tamra Judge’s baptism with their bullshit! Tamra is a little surprised to learn from Eddie that all of the ladies are getting along so far, of course Tamra then continues to spend the next hour re getting ready!

Tammy and Lynn return to the Real Housewives of Orange County and I couldn’t be happier! I love Lynn, I really do miss her stoner ass! Vicki Gunvalson and Meghan King Edmonds are actually getting along, until of course Vicki awkwardly walks away! Meghan was actually trying to be nice to Vicki for once, but Vicki was just not having it!

Vicki Gunvalson and Shannon Beador are literally a foot from each other, and well they don’t even speak! Vicki Gunvalson explains that the lady who hurt her the most was Shannon Beador, because she feels like she has been there for Shannon no matter what.

Heather Dubrow talks to Shannon Beador about a lie that is going around that her husband Terry actually helped Brooks Ayers while he was really sick. Heather explains that this is a bold face lie because Terry has never received a call from Brooks. Shannon explains that Vicki actually told her that Terry came when Brooks Ayers had his first round of Chemo and was really sick.

Meghan King Edmonds explains that Brooks Ayers doesn’t have to pay for child support if he has cancer, and this is why she thinks he made it up. Shannon explains that if this is the case she would be so fucking pissed off because she was duped the most. Meghan of course begins to stir the pot like well she is good at doing!

Hell Has Frozen Over!

Meghan King Edmonds is on a hunt to find Vicki Gunvalson to try to talk things over, but before she can Tamra Judge finally arrives to her party. Ummm is she in the same dress again? The ladies take selfies before shit hits the fan! Gunvalson is confused if the ladies are her enemies or their friends, she fears that satan is working his magic with the ladies. Vicki literally says she is praying for the ladies, praying that they can see past the devil’s lies!

Billy and Tamra Judge get into a conversation, as Billy explains that Brooks Ayers truly has cancer. Billy is trying to defend Brooks Ayers and his sister Vicki and Tamra Judge is actually being nice about it and just yesing him to death. Tamra explains that all the ladies are her friends, and Heather Dubrow chimes in that things are just weird. Shannon makes her way over and tries to explain how shes been Vicki’s biggest supporter.

Vicki Gunvalson tries to sneak away, but before she does she gives Tamra Judge a gift. When Vicki tries to tell the ladies that she is leaving, Tamra Judge tries to make her stay. Heather Dubrow tells Tamra that she will go talk to Vicki because Tamra is clearly upset. Shannon Beador chimes in that Vicki shouldn’t run away, she needs to just nip everything in the but.

Heather Dubrow confronts Vicki Gunvalson who claims that she just doesn’t want to be around the negative energy. Heather claims in her confessional that Heather is always running away. Billy asks Shannon if she saw the medical document and she says that she hasn’t. Over to Heather Dubrow as she explains to Vicki Gunvalson the story about her husband, Vicki claims that she has no idea what Heather is talking about because she never told SHannon that story.

Back to Shannon Beador as she is being attacked by Billy’s girlfriend Ronda who claims Shannon is a shitty friend, Shannon tries to defend herself but Billy and his wife keep trying to shut Shannon down. Shannon is clearly pissed that Ronda is trying to tell her that she isn’t being a good friend and tries to get them to back off. Ronda claims that Shannon didn’t call Vicki back last night and Shannon quickly shuts Ronda down as she explains the events of the past two weeks and why she didn’t call Vicki back.

Ronda asks Shannon Beador if she showed Vicki Gunvalson documents that prove her husband actually cheated on her and well this one set Shannon overboard. Shannon is clearly pissed the fuck off at these comments and yells at Ronda to leave the party immediatly! Shannon tells Tamra and Meghan what just happened and they are shocked that Ronda just said what she did to Shannon, although i’m pretty sure Tamra heard what was said before!

Meghan continues to stir the pot as she claims that Vicki must have told Ronda exactly what to say to Shannon to push her buttons. Finally the Real Housewives of Orange County has hit the boiling point! We are of course are sent to commercial with a preview of Shannon Beador attacking Vicki.

Shannon Beador Confronts Vicki Gunvalson

Shannon Beador immediatly runs over to Vicki Gunvalson, while she may have a pleasant expression on her face, by the tone of her voice you can clearly tell Shannon is pissed off. Shannon gently touches Vicki Gunvalson’s arm (which causes Vicki some concern) before thanking Vicki for being such a loyal friend. Shannon sarcastically thanks Vicki Gunvalson for not telling anyone about her husbands affair. Shannon claims that Vicki Gunvalson’s friend just said a lot of things about Shannon, things that only Vicki Gunvalson knows!

Shannon screams at Vicki Gunvalson, “Thank you, you are such a good friend.” Vicki Gunvalson clearly has a look of guilt on her face as Shannon turns around and storms off away from her former best friend. Vicki Gunvalson is a little bit confused as she asks Heather Dubrow and Meghan King Edmonds (who were standing next to her during the confrontation,) “What just happened?”

While Heather Dubrow has a look of shock still on her face, Meghan King Edmonds (loving her drama) spills the beans to Vicki Gunvalson and reveals that Ronda just told Shannon Beador that she knows about her husband cheating on her. This clearly pisses Vicki Gunvalson off, who probably didn’t think Ronda would spill the beans.

Vicki Gunvalson reveals in her confessional that it wasn’t like she was telling a secret, because Shannon has been telling all of the ladies (and the cameras.) Vicki reveals that Billy and his wife Ronda actually know David and Shannon and she thought she was just telling Shannon’s good friends what was going on with their relationship. A very pissed off Vicki Gunvalson tells Tamra Judge that she is leaving.

Shannon Beador reveals that Ronda has just approached her and asked how Shannon would feel if she was approached about her husbands affair and asked to show records or documents to prove that he actually cheated on her. So pretty much Ronda was trying to defend Vicki and Brooks Ayers, however putting Shannon’s affair on blast was probably not the best solution!

Meghan King Edmonds responds with a what the fuck, clearly she is on Shannon Beador’s side for once. Heather Dubrow is left in amazement when she finds out from Shannon Beador that Ronda told her this in public, and in front of everyone at the party. Over to Ronda and Vicki Gunvalson, as Ronda tries to explain her actions. She clearly just wanted to defend Vicki Gunvalson and Brooks Ayers and to show Shannon how asking for proof may not have been the best option.

While Ronda may feel bad about blowing up on Shannon Beador, Vicki Gunvalson feels like Ronda didn’t do anything wrong. Clearly Vicki is a little bit happy inside that Ronda put Shannon in her place! Vicki feels like she didn’t actually reveal any secret because all of the ladies already know that David had an affair on Shannon Beador. Vicki says goodbye to Tamra Judge before leaving.

The Great Escape

Vicki Gunvalson feels like Shannon Beador got what she deserves, as Tamra Judge’s pastor Mike asks Tamra if he could speak to Vicki to try and fix things between her friends. Pastor Mike asks Vicki if she could sit down with Shannon Beador and fix this situation with him, but Vicki kindly yet rudely shuts him down. Billy of course comes in and explains that their mother just died and she is clearly still hurting.

Vicki reveals that she misses her Mom more than anything, and that everything going on is just disgusting. Vicki breaks down in tears and she explains that shes depressed and all she needs is a hug and not more drama. Vicki claims that she knows the truth and she doesn’t have to explain herself any longer. She claims that she is done with all of the woman because she did nothing wrong.

Vicki compares herself to Jesus christ being nailed to the cross, as Tamra kindly remarks that if she is lying sure is going to spend more time with the devil than Jesus. Heather Dubrow is still pissed her husband was used in a lie and asks Shannon if Vicki really told her that Terry helped Brooks.

Meghan King Edmonds goes over to Vicki to tell her that Shannon is hurt. Shannon goes over to Vicki and tells her that she has been nothing but a friend to Vicki and that she is done being dragged in the mud. Vicki and Shannon go head to head over each of them being a shitty friend. Vicki tries to explain how much she has stood up for Shannon and she feels like Vicki hasn’t stood up for her at all…. Even Heather Dubrow thinks Vicki is being dumb because Shannon has been nothing but their for Vicki as she explains in her confessional.

Vicki runs to her limo like a baby, and Tamra Judge follows to try and get Vicki back out to finish discussing things with Shannon. Tamra explains that Brooks Ayers medical records are clearly fake because they don’t do PET scans at that doctor’s office. Vicki Gunvalson looks clearly shocked as she denies knowing anything about that, as Tamra continues Vicki guiltily just looks down at her phone.

When Tamra Judge brings up what Vicki’s own daughter told her, Vicki reveals that her daughter is nothing but a shit stirrer because she doesn’t like Brooks Ayers. Wow Vicki way to call her own daughter a liar! Tamra clearly isn’t going to get a straight answer out of Vicki Gunvalson and ultimately just decided to give up trying.

We get one of those quick 15 second clips before yet again going to commercial, this little snip bit was at least funny as Shannon Beador explains her enema horror story to Heather Dubrow!

Finally we are back after 10 minutes worth of commercials! Tamra inform the ladies that Vicki is leaving, as Vicki reveals to the cameras that if Brooks Ayers is faking cancer it doesn’t have to do with her so she doesn’t understand why she is being attacked. The ladies continue to party as Vicki slowly drives away, and we have finally reached the end of season 10!
