We recently revealed that Kim Fields would be joining the cast of the Real Housewives of Atlanta as a fulltime housewife. Kim Fields is of course known from her time on The Facts of Life and Living Single, both shows skyrocketed Fields to fame. Thanks to her success on these hit TV shows Kim Fields has an estimated worth of 8 million dollars.
Obviously a housewife for Bravo TV doesn’t just need to be rich, they also need to be able to bring some drama and action to the show. Many fans were left wondering if Kim Fields could fit the Real Housewives of Atlanta Mold or if she would simply be a one season cast member.
Kim Fields recently spoke with Bravo TV to discuss her upcoming starring role on the Real Housewives of Atlanta. Fields reveals that she came into filming with no judgements on her current cast members, and claims that every reaction she has to the ladies drama is one hundred percent real.
Kim Fields reveals that she only joined the show, after producers promised her that she would be given the opportunity to show off her “strong” family unit. She claims that so far producers have been great with letting Kim Fields just be herself and insists that producers didn’t tell her to do or say anything in order to bring more drama to the show.
Kim Fields explained that going out with the ladies has been a shockingly healthy experience for her; because it allows her to recharge her batteries and come home to be a better wife and mother to her amazing supportive family.
Kim Fields reveals that while she isn’t typically an emotional person, there are points during filming when she just about lost it. Kim Fields clearly is allowing herself to be shown in all lights, the good the bad and the ugly, which makes for a great housewife.
