Real Housewives of New Jersey sibling’s Joe Gorga and Teresa Giudice might not have had the best relationship over the past few years, however it’s become very clear recently that Joe Gorga is really trying his hardest to fix this problem. While Joe Gorga’s wife Melissa Gorga might be using the Real Housewives of New Jersey Special ‘Teresa Check’s In’ to make herself look better; Joe Gorga is using this time to reconnect with his estranged family.
We revealed earlier tonight that on the next episode of Teresa Check’s In we see Joe Giudice’s temper flair (and we also get a few laughs;) however their can’t be a show involving Teresa Giudice without some drama and tears! On Sunday night’s episode of Teresa Checks In we will also get to see an emotional moment were Joe Gorga prepares himself for his first visit with his sister Teresa Giudice.
In this exclusive clip for the next episode of Teresa Check’s In Joe Gorga takes a trip with the Giudice family to go visit his sister (and their mother/wife/daughter) Teresa Giudice in prison. During his confessional interview Joe Gorga reveals that he is really nervous to visit his sister, and is having a hard time trying to act like himself in front of her children.
Joe Giudice jokes with his brother-in-law Joe Gorga, sensing that he is nervous, that he forgot to bring the tissues for him and maybe he should have thought about bringing a towel as well! Teresa Giudice’s mother from the backseat informs her son that when they reach Teresa he has to pretend to be happy, and informs him that he has to show no emotion.
Joe Gorga informs his backseat driver that if he see’s that she is happy he won’t be upset than…. well she is in prison so I’m not sure how happy she actually is but clearly she will put on an act herself in front of her children and family. Gia Giudice chimes in and tells her grandmother that it’s his first time and that having to leave Teresa is a hard thing to do.
Gia Giudice informs the audience that they (the children and her Father) get to visit Teresa every single weekend, and while it is a good thing…. it also is a bad experience at the same time because leaving is really rough when her mother should be coming home with them as well.
I’m helpless…I Couldn’t Help her…I sat their for the first hour and cried..until she grabbed my hand and told me “I’m okay…its okay”
Gia also explains in her confessional interview that she believes her mother shouldn’t be in prison in the first place. She than goes on to reveal that she knows it going to be really hard for her uncle to see Teresa Giudice in prison for the first time, especially because of how close the two were when they were younger (a.k.a before he married Melissa.) Joe Gorga reveals (after leaving the prison and seeing his sister for the first time,) that him and Teresa Giudice were brought up to not cry. He claims that he has never seen his mother or his father cry. He then goes on to say that nothing has never made him cry… that was until he saw his sister behind bars.
