The Real Housewives of Orange County is about to get dramatic, as we reach the beginning of the whole “Brooks Ayers doesn’t’ have cancer” storyline in the OC, Meghan King Edmonds have been fighting all over twitter. Meghan King Edmonds recently posted on twitter, in which she called Vicki Gunvalson out for faking a story line that apparently begins during next week’s episode. Meghan being the classy girl that she is went as far as to call Vicki the grandma of the OC, claiming that Vicki has clearly aged out of the TV show that made her famous.

When a fan asked Meghan what she was talking about, she said that her tweet was really in retaliation to a tweet that Vicki Gunvalson had sent out earlier in the week. This tweet that Meghan mentions, involved Vicki Gunvalson claiming that she will do anything she can to get Meghan King Edmonds fired. How Vicki claiming that she’s going to get Meghan fired has anything to do with Meghan calling Vicki out on a fake storyline…. well i’m not really sure. It seems like Meghan just revealed that she was pissed off so she attacked back?

Incase you missed Vicki Gunvalson’s tweet earlier this week, below is what she said that started this whole twitter war between Meghan King Edmonds and herself. Vicki might be right on the money when she claims that Meghan King Edmonds will do anything to stay relevant on the show, earlier this week we revealed that Meghan King Edmonds only moved to California so she could join the Real Housewives of Orange County.

In a preview for next week’s Real Housewives of Orange County we see Brooks Ayers discussing his decision to stop chemotherapy for his stage three cancer, and opt on a different route for treatment. The way that Brooks Ayers sort of stumbles over his words when discussing talking with his doctor, leads Tamra Judge and the other castmates to be suspicious on whether or not Brooks Ayers really has cancer.
