Riot Housewives: Shannon Beador Explains Her Median Versus Medium Comments

Last nights Real Housewives of Orange County continued it sad trend as Vicki Gunvalson dealt with the loss of her mother and Shannon Beador fought with her husband once again. Shannon Beador is now explaining what happened between herself and her husband, and why she was so angry with him on this weeks episode. Shannon also explains her Median vs Medium statements she had when Vicki was talking about seeing one towards the end of last night’s episode.

Shannon begins her Bravo TV blog by explaining why she was so upset with David for bringing up their argument in front of the kids. She reveals that her kids have been through enough emotional turmoil, and that David bringing up their argument in front of the kids was clearly wrong. Shannon explains that she was upset because the previous day David had told her that him and his mistress dined at places that Shannon either knows the employees or knows customers that also dine their.

We are doing the best we can on our path to repairing our marriage. I was upset because I had learned the previous day that David and his affair frequented certain lunch spots where I know some people that work there and some of the clientele that go there.

Next Shannon goes into the fact that people don’t really seem to understand what she is going through when they tell her to suck it up and be stronger. She explains that it’s heartbreaking to learn new details about how she has been deceived by David. Shannon claims that her counselor suggested that David give her a list of all the places him and his mistress went to so that Shannon could essentially take it all in at once instead of small bits of information at a time. Shannon lastly claims to have moved past where David and his mistress dined and shopped.

For those people that say I need to buck up and be stronger, they don’t understand that each time I receive a new piece of information that I was deceived, it is like a new knife in my heart. It is both painful to take in and humiliating at the same time. For this reason, and also at the suggestion of Tina our couples retreat counselor, I asked David to give me a list of all the restaurants they went to. That way, there would be no more surprises, no more secrets. Of course, it wasn’t a pleasant day to receive that list. But now I have moved passed it and no longer have to wonder where they used to meet.

Lastly Shannon Beador goes into her concern for both Vicki and Vicki’s health, she claims that no human can keep pushing themselves as hard as she is doing at such a devastating time and that it will only cause her more stress. Shannon ends her blog by explaining that she didn’t mean to disrespect Vicki’s feelings or pain when she made the median versus medium comments during last nights episode.

I am concerned about Vicki and her health. No person can keep pushing as hard as she does with all of the emotional stress, work, and lack of sleep. As usual, I have some natural remedies for her to try so she can feel better and keep her immune system up. I went to Vicki’s house because I was concerned for my friend. I didn’t go there to joke around and it looks like I am making light of what happened with my “median versus medium” comments. There was never any intent to disrespect Vicki’s pain or feelings.
