Earlier this year Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards was arrested at the Beverly Hills Hotel for her drunk and outrageous behavior. After the police got involved Kim Richards locked herself in the bathroom, and when the cops tried to take her out, she proceeded to kick one of them. Sadly that was only her first relapse this year, after trying rehab for a bit, Kim Richards left the facility to attend her daughter’s wedding in mexico.
During this trip, Kim Richards once again relapsed, but this time during the most important day of her daughter’s life. After her second public relapse, Kim Richards hid in Mexico for a few days before her sister Kyle Richards sent a bodyguard to literally drag her back to America. After a few days of denying a return to rehab, Kim Richards finally returned to get the help she desperately needed.
While numerous sites reported that Kim Richards only reason for returning to rehab was simply to save her job on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills we can now report that the main reason actually was her daughter. Page Six recently revealed that Kim Richards daughter literally refused to speak to her until she would fully complete a 30 day trip in rehab.
“Her daughter Brooke gave her tough love. She wouldn’t see her mom until she completed the whole program.”
Kim Richards daughter Brooke had every legit reason possible to cut her mom off completely but ultimately she chose to cut her off until she got the help that she needed. Page Six also revealed that Brooke refused to visit Kim Richards while she was staying at her rehab facility. Since Kim Richards walked out of her 90 day program after only 30 days and also she refused to attend any outpatient programs she initially agreed upon, it looks like Brooke may have just cut her mother off completely. According to sources close to the family Brooke has refused to see her mother since she has left the rehab facility and has no plans on visiting her unless she returns and finishes her 90 day program.
